MEET KYMM
My name is Kymm Smith, I'm the owner of Living Waters Wellness Center!
Many years ago, I started down the path of a more organic and natural lifestyle. My inspiration was definitely my mother, seeing her heal her symptoms of Lupus and Lyme disease naturally using homeopathic medicine was so eye opening! Followed by the struggles my own daughter and her health issues, I felt God guiding me on this journey to help others.

During my 33 years as a hairstylist I've noticed changes in my own health, but also in the health of my clients. In recent years, numerous clients of mine have been surrounded by sickness, emotional stress, and pain.

Our wellness center is focused on education, and to help simplify the changes you need to make in your home, and body. We can teach you how to detox your body, strengthen your immune system, focus on mental clarity, and improve your overall health.

I am so excited to start building our team of wellness professionals. We are rooted in frequency as it a major tool to better wellness. Come grow with us and let us help you learn to be the best version of yourself!

Debbie Baumeister
Health and Nutrition Coach
Debbie is a health and nutrition coach with a clinical background in occupational therapy. She helps midlife women get their energy, focus, and metabolism back on track using personalized nutrition, functional lab testing, and epigenetic insights. Whether you're dealing with stubborn weight, brain fog, or the kind of low energy that makes it hard to get through the day--you're not alone. Through 1:1 coaching, she will help you uncover what's really going on beneath the surface, from blood sugar swings to hormone shifts and beyond. She does this work because too many women are told their symptoms are "just aging." She knows better, and is here to help you feel like yourself again.
